Our platform is more than Yelp. We allow for management of reviews, so if a customer goes to leave a review for them, then if it is a negative review, we will capture that review and provide management to improve the customer experience. If they had a positive experience, then they can leave a review on Yelp, Google, Facebook, etc, where the business wants this review to be seen in public. 

Since we are a different sort of platform (More review management) we can offer them to use this to increase their Yelp reviews in general.

  • You can mention to a customer that you are focusing on google reviews. This way the customer will be led to leave a Google Review
  • The reason we have CheckTheReviews is because if a customer wants to leave a Google review they need a login. If they don’t want to log in then they might leave the page and leave no review
  • CheckTheReviews also allows multiple reviews from the same customer so a customer does not need to delete their review if they go to a business twice. They can leave a great review one time and another good review the next.

We do not approve of fake reviews, and until we have an authentication method implemented, we will consider the issue and can potentially remove spam from our backend

We require a business to respond to their negative reviews and attempt resolution. We only post if there is no response or the user is dissatisfied.

Yes! CTR respects and upholds the ownership rights of all reviews associated with its clients. CTR does not claim ownership of any reviews submitted, collected, or displayed through its platform.

While CTR may host, collect, and maintain reviews on its sites and systems for operational purposes, all original review content remains the property of the respective business or individual. In the event that a business or owner chooses to discontinue services with CTR, all reviews published on external platforms not integrated with CTR’s internal software will remain under the full ownership and control of the business or individual.

Absolutely! We want to see you improve your reviews, and if you do not find us to be helpful, you can cancel any time before your subscription renewal date. Just remember that customers expect up-to-date reviews for trust and credibility!
